What we collect
When you phone, email or use our quote form, we receive the details you choose to give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, property location and a description of your project. Our enquiry form and live chat are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which processes the details you submit on our behalf.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and carry out and manage any work you ask us to do. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Where needed for your project, we may share relevant details with architects, specialist subcontractors (such as plumbing and electrical trades), suppliers and the local authority for building warrant purposes. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are kept only as long as reasonably needed to follow up. Records of completed projects are kept for as long as needed for defects liability, insurance, tax and legal purposes.
